Every person in the world, in every or any countries from all across the world. Need something to stand, if it’s not themselves then someone else. Us humans cannot live without a stand point in this world.
However the more your standpoint is self. And the more you are even self relating, you would have a strong and powerful spirit and confidence. There are 4 levels of spirit levels, each being more self relating to themselves and others. These levels included Codependent, Follower, independent, and leader.
The first and lowest spirit level is the codependent, the codependents are the one easily manipulate, and have almost no self relating. These individuals are those who cannot function both in their homes and outside. People in the first level, are so innocent they don’t know how to do anything. Rely on someone else like their parents or someone who help them. They are so innocent they can’t even follow orders, and expect others to do things for them. The standpoint of the codependents are others who live their lives. There are 2 types of codependents.
The first is most of this level. The young kids, or people with disabilities. These individuals are young kids who can’t rely on their own or do anything for their guardians in return, or people with physical disabilities who couldn’t live without others to guide them. Once these kids grow up or have their disabilities heal. They would start to know more, or mange to be more self realaitent or be a leader. We all passed this level when we were younger.
The second and more rare scenarios of codependents are grown ups without physical disabilities but mental disabilities. These individuals are unlike the first level. They might have metal disabilities in a short period like depression. Longer or lifetime disabilities like autistic people. or sometimes they can just be adults who are mentally weak. Unlike a normal worker, these people can’t do things by themselves and need others to help them and expected to gain nothing back from them. At least in this state, It is important to help and understand these people. They might be adults who should be self relating at their age, but sometimes there are something wrong about them. Rather they have mental disabilities or just a weaker person.
At the end, rather a small kid or an autistic adult. Codependents are individuals who can’t help themselves, and are too innocent to even realize without others they can’t live. They also can’t help and repay their parents or helpers back.
The second level of the spirt and what the majority is in is the followers. These individuals, are people who follows their boss , parents, or the majority around. They often waits for others to told them what to do and likes to follow others to try not to stand off. Unlike codependents however, these individuals can follow orders given by their leaders, and will acted like vote, following the majority, or someone they sees as their leader, like their boss or parents. Just like codependents, followers have two types of followers. However these two types could related, and often one follower with one type will also act in the other. Followers’ standpoint is their leader and they will be proud if their leader complimented them or give them a promotion.
The first type of followers, are the typical workers. These people follows their boss, and wait for them to tell or give them orders. Which they will follow, the workers would often give excuses when asked why can’t they be independent. However it is important that they should know, it’s not hard to upgraded and became an independent, of their standpoint just shifted towards themselves. The reason why most workers are too afraid to led themselves is because they don’t wanted to step out of the comfort zone. If they failed on something, their boss will be the one taking the responsibility. At last, workers are spirits that waits for their leader to told them what to do and followed their leader’s lead, because they don’t wanted to stepped out of the confrontation zone.
The second type of followers, are the ones who follow the majority, or someone they admire higher than themselves, when voting or doing a task. These type of people are more in school, or university then a working adult. When they are voting, or answering a problem, They might of think something else, but are too unconfident to show it and often follow the majority or someone they think are high level. The reason behind this is that, people in the past needed to follow someone strong or the majority to survive, making most of us in the present, still carry these mindset and follow someone high or the majority even if they disagree. For example, if the class is voting for a classed color, if the majority voted blue, even if these people favored green, they will be too afraid to be left out and would followed the class and vote green. Or when the teacher told to answer a hard math problem, these people will follow the answer of who they think is right, or the majority even, if they disagree with it. They have a feeling,”if the majority or someone good thinks like this, I’ll do too. To fix this mindset, you must have confidence in yourself and your skills in the topic, and not afraid to answer incorrectly. These types of people, are people who followed the majority or someone higher than them when voting or answering because they don’t have confidence in themselves enough.
In conclusion, followers are people too afraid or unconfident, to step out of their save zone, either, it’s their boss, or parents, or if it’s the majority or someone higher than them. These individuals will followed, or try to complete their tasks they are given. Followers would often have both of the two types when they were young and when they grow up. The reason why they follow others is because they don’t believe in themselves enough and their standpoint is others not themselves. To level up from this level you must have enough confidence in yourself to start acting or voting on your own.
Both codependents and followers have one thing in common, their lives are dedicated by their boss, leader, or parents. And they wait for others or swayed in other’s way. But more importantly, both of these level’s standpoint are others not themselves forcing them to stayed in the safe zone and follow others. It is hardest to level up from follower to independent, because it crossed the line, of “Others related, to self related.”
However if someone could master the art of self believing, they could level up into an independent, and follow themselves not others. And if they could level up even more, they could be a leader and went back to leading these individuals. It take determination, working hard, and a growth mindset to gain confidence use to upgrade into level 3 and 4.
