The Second Level Of The Four Levels Of the Spirit (Followers)

The second level of the spirt and what the majority is in is the followers. These individuals, are people who follows their boss , parents, or the majority around. They often waits for others to told them what to do and likes to follow others to try not to stand off. Unlike codependents however, these individuals can follow orders given by their leaders, and will acted like vote, following the majority, or someone they sees as their leader, like their boss or parents. Just like codependents, followers have two types of followers. However these two types could related, and often one follower with one type will also act in the other. Followers’ standpoint is their leader and they will be proud if their leader complimented them or give them a promotion.

The first type of followers, are the typical workers. These people follows their boss, and wait for them to tell or give them orders. Which they will follow, the workers would often give excuses when asked why can’t they be independent. However it is important that they should know, it’s not hard to upgraded and became an independent, of their standpoint just shifted towards themselves. The reason why most workers are too afraid to led themselves is because they don’t wanted to step out of the comfort zone. If they failed on something, their boss will be the one taking the responsibility. At last, workers are spirits that waits for their leader to told them what to do and followed their leader’s lead, because they don’t wanted to stepped out of the confrontation zone.

The second type of followers, are the ones who follow the majority, or someone they admire higher than themselves, when voting or doing a task. These type of people are more in school, or university then a working adult. When they are voting, or answering a problem, They might of think something else, but are too unconfident to show it and often follow the majority or someone they think are high level. The reason behind this is that, people in the past needed to follow someone strong or the majority to survive, making most of us in the present, still carry these mindset and follow someone high or the majority even if they disagree. For example, if the class is voting for a classed color, if the majority voted blue, even if these people favored green, they will be too afraid to be left out and would followed the class and vote green. Or when the teacher told to answer a hard math problem, these people will follow the answer of who they think is right, or the majority even, if they disagree with it. They have a feeling,”if the majority or someone good thinks like this, I’ll do too. To fix this mindset, you must have confidence in yourself and your skills in the topic, and not afraid to answer incorrectly. These types of people, are people who followed the majority or someone higher than them when voting or answering because they don’t have confidence in themselves enough.

In conclusion, followers are people too afraid or unconfident, to step out of their save zone, either, it’s their boss, or parents, or if it’s the majority or someone higher than them. These individuals will followed, or try to complete their tasks they are given. Followers would often have both of the two types when they were young and when they grow up. The reason why they follow others is because they don’t believe in themselves enough and their standpoint is others not themselves. To level up from this level you must have enough confidence in yourself to start acting or voting on your own.
